    Recommended equipment: wedge/towel.

  • PR-WOD Foundation Series - Week 3

    Baby Cobra. TS rotation/open book. Childs pose/thread the needle. YTW’s. Push ups.

    No equipment needed.

  • PR-WOD Foundation Series - Week 1

    Toe Yoga. Burrito foot mobilization. Foot supination drill. Toe drops. Heel raise with ball. Foot walks 2.0.

    Equipment needed: wedge/towel.

    Recommended dosage: 4-7 days this week.

  • PR-WOD Foundation Series - Week 2

    Hip 9090. Shin box. Floor hurdles. Prone hip extension/abduction. Hip hikes. Lunge rotations.

    Equipment recommended: step/textbooks.
